Shipping & Payment Information
- Smaller items are normally delivered free via FedEx. Larger items shipping to a terminal via freight are done through UPS Freight. Home delivery for freight items to US addresses is just $50 extra. Smaller items, like replacement parts, are shipped via standard postal carriers. Tracking numbers are available 2-3 working days from the order submission. Freight items are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will typically receive orders within 10 business days.
- X-Treme can now ship their complete line of electric bikes into Canada for a $100 shipping charge. Mexico has different import regulations depending on destination and item, so contact us before placing an order. New York, Alaska and Hawaiian Islands should also contact us before ordering for shipping information. No sales outside the North Americas.
- All payments are processed through PayPal for safety and security. Credit card payments can be securly processed as well as PayPal transfers. Canadian dollar, United States dollar and Mexican peso transactions through PayPal are accepted. A fee for international monetary conversions may apply.
